• Design Availability: Not all designs are possible—availability depends on current supplies and what I can source from the market.

• Deposit Policy: Custom orders require an upfront deposit once I confirm your design.

• Timeline: Please allow up to 2 weeks for your item to be made. Larger orders may take longer.

• Returns: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, all sales are final.

• Shipping: Shipping is available within the U.S. only. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska may require extra time and postage—I'll confirm details with you before finalizing your order.
