Return & Refund Policy

At Moontique, every design is created with care and intention. Because of the unique nature of my works, I do not accept returns or offer refunds on the following:

• Digital patterns: All pattern purchases are final. Once downloaded, they cannot be returned or refunded.

• Finished beadwork: Each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind. All sales are final.

• Custom orders: Custom designs are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded.
